Our privacy is more important than any customer's privacy. Each year we write a "JOURNAL" that is broadcasted onto the internet. This journal contains information about rude customers and ignorant people that we hear from on a daily basis. As long as you keep your mouth shut and don't contact us in any way shape or force form then your name will be kept out of the "JOURNAL". The only thing we want from customers is their payments and requests for features and/or long distance access. We also put in the journal the names an addresses of bounced check writers and fraudulent account holders. If you are caught trying to get your name or addess removed from the "JOURNAL" then your phone service shuts off immediately and you will never be able to use local telephone service again.
