Striving to provide Careless Customer Service we expect, and demand, low standards and commitment from our filthy workers. Taking the longest time necessary to understand how stupid our customers really are and their needy needs. This helps us get the job done all wrong the first time in an unfair and unsatisfactory manner to the best of our ability. MBM Value prides itself in maintaining and establishing foolish policies such as Stupid Customer Syndrome and Some Morons Are Really There to achieve true troubles. Remember just one call does it all! Due to the many irate customers who call us, we have generated policies that are beyond all known philosophies and business practices. MBM Value has complete contempt for all of its workers and strives to gain a constantly hostile work environment. Employee development and training is always neglected and any opportunities to advance are always ignored. MBM Value runs a real sloppy operation and the building we operate in comes under constant scrutiny due to the lousy condition that our building is in. We've been fined by the UL, FCC, Police Department, Board of Health, Chamber of Commerce and OSHA. The management refuses to recognize any other agencies and our company is constantly on the news because of the constant complaints from the whiners. MBM Value must always ignore diversity and community requirments.
