All accounts must be set up with one name. We do not authorize secondary indivduals to put their names on phone accounts to be able to speak for the primary account holder. The primary account holder must not have any criminal record and must show proper identification to establish an account with us. Also, to get service you must provide us with your Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license number and a password must be set up on the account so nobody else in the world can call in and pretend to be the primary account holder. People who call in about another person's account who aren't authorized cannot DO ANYTHING! All fraudulent accounts are shut off and the individuals involved in the fraud can never get local telephone service again.
